So I recently bought a "medium duty truck" at an auction and the previous owner used a hot knife to remove the d-rings. Is this salvageable? How would you fix it? Could I just bolt on a ball/pintle hitch above where the 4 holes are? I'm new with the whole towing stuff so thanks for helping...
