    Shock Tuning - Tools Needed

This is correct, we only do our valving in house now. No loss chuck is nice for air bumps, but not necessary on coilovers.

    Coilover uptravel vs. downtravel

Totally depends on what you're doing. Any racing: 50/50 minimum. Trail Riding: 5" up recommended, 4" Min Comp Crawling: 3" up Also plan to loose 1" of shaft on a coilover. 5/8" for the bumper, and 3/8" of chrome for a safety margin

    Tow rig shocks

Re: Re: Tow rig shocks You're not wrong. 2.0's work, but they're on the upper limit of what they can handle. 2.0's with adjusters are a good step in the right direction. For off-road use and heavy tuning you really need a 2.5.

    Tow rig shocks

We run custom tuned Fox 2.0's on all of our tow rigs. ;D

    Air bump stops question

There are two different body lengths. 2.0 and 2.5 share a body, 3.0 and 4.0 share a body. Not that big of a deal, but it's nice to have the right stuff. Also, they can be shortened with 1.5 x 0.120 wall tubing, but make sure the ends are square and deburred. They should really be cut on a...

    Air bump stops question

We recommend 1/3 of up travel. And get the correct length ones.

    Ori stuck. Help please.

A properly setup coilover with sway bar will be best. It can be tuned to do everything you want although I'd probably get the DSC Adjusters so you can dial in any changes you want. ORI's can be setup to go faster ... but they require a sway bar, aren't as tuneable as a coilover and have...

    Ori stuck. Help please.

Untuned coilovers suck ;) Tuned coilovers on the other hand....

    Trail Comms

My friends and I all used Rugged Radios (or similar). The race radios have better range and better quality. Highly recommend!

    AccuTune JK Build

Thank you! I LOVE the BFG's but they wear very quickly on the street so I use the MTR's for daily driving. It'd be great to get a group together for KOH (or any other time) and hit some trails! I'll be in Moab again next year.

    AccuTune JK Build

Yeah, it'll be an interesting comparison on unsprung weight. Although the stock axles might only last one tuning trip. 4" of lift on short arms is not street friendly....

    Coilover help.

I can help with a couple simple measurements, plus we have a ton of PAC springs in stock. Just need to know preload or spring deflection, and shaft showing at current ride height & target ride height.
