Congratulations on making the DPC and I'm sure you worked your butt off but had a blast! Its the toughest 3 days of competition you will ever do. Nice job with the 7.3 and keeping the OBS killing it. I was in the DPC in 2008 and its a memory I will never forget. Congrats again.
I have used this for about three years and it’s ready to go. 2 beds fridge tv heat air full size shower toilet 100 gallon fresh water and 40 gallon grey and blank tanks. Built in generator. Ready to go. 740-808-6728 $6000
Did they put blocker plates or EGR delete? If the EGR is still there with no blocker plates I have seen them do just what yours is doing. They will blow the EGR open or hang and you will be down on boost. Check EGR position in your ezlink when it acts up.
I just put the motor back in the buggy so I should be good to go. I have a few little things to finish up and I'm ready. Taking the family to Windrock with the SXS this weekend so I can get a hall pass for this ride.
Yes I meant cp4. 11 and up was a 4. Being out of time wont stop it from running. If he lost a pump and only replaced it he will need the return valve/line assembly and a high pressure regulator.
Did you mean lift pump on the frame or Fuel pump (CP3) in the valley of the motor? If the CP3 went bad you need to replace a few other things to make it work again. Do you have a scanner so you can read the pump pressure and regulator numbers?
LBZ's (2006 and 2007) are not common for computers but anything is possible. If he has jump started someone or week batteries it can take out the computers.
You need a scanner to shut down the injectors one at a time. Then its easy to see which one is making the noise. It could also be a valve lash problem. Its not common but is possible. Mark is a good guy at Danville.
