    Snow report?

Anyone have a idea on how well the snow is receding up 617 to the rocks? I know that the trails are still closed but I plan on being up with a group right after the area gets opened. Just wondering how bad it is going to be.

    Naches, July 4th weekend.

I remember that run..... long boring drive. I bet the snow will be deep in the shaded holes up top before the rocks. Remember the snow we ran into two years ago on that road? The only patch? The "what is this?" patch, The deep for the time of year patch? The go like hell patch.

Got the exhaust done. This is how you make a 2 1/4 pipe into a 3" pipe. Flow baby flow!!! Not much room for a 3" pipe for sure, the bell housing to frame is about 4 1/2" I am going to run a shorty pipe without a muffler. The turbo is supposed to cancel out the exhaust pulses and...

Picked up a few parts today and roughed in the water plumbing and the exhaust. The parts I picked up. Wasn't able to figure out if it was NPT or BSTP so I went with brass NPT. Worse case I bugger up the fittings not the housing for the turbo. I know that the turbo gets very hot but I...

Made a slip style bracket to hold the end of the propane line by the tanks. Tentative line routing. I still need to work on the brakes later so I am sure things will change. Made a bracket to hold the regulator..... Not sure if I am pleased with it. The real stupid thing is that I...

I have had bad luck trying to find a gasket for this turbo..... so I made my own. What a time consuming PITA. Welded in a oil return bung. I would have liked to put it up farther in the block boss but that would require a tap that I dont have (pipe thread $13 or AN -10 $50) and a bad...

I found in my file of parts a steel turbo water line. After I did a bit of little massaging I think that it will work fine.

Had the holes in the EFI plume welded shut for the propane. The rest I will just put a rubber plug on. I didnt want to mess with pulling out the steel tubes that are pressed in.

Received the adapter that I ordered for the T-3 to stock turbo manifold. I didn't like the way that the Volvo turbo adapter and manifold all lined up so I decided to match port them. Not the best job but with the tools that I have and a half days worth of work thats how they are going to be.

I have been busy with a bunch of boring stuff. The rear axle was cleaned and painted, armor added, spring perches welded on, magnet added to inside, button head bolts installed, rear axle bearings and seals replaced. Now remember, I bought this axle housing already shaved...... Fabbed...
