Time to talk about some trianglation. The photo's below are some of my ideas on how to do this. I think I'm going with Pic's 1 and 3. What do you guys think? Any other ideas? Here are some blank pics if you want to edit them with your own ideas and post them back up.

Last night I got both "B" pillars and the the rear passanger cross bar installed. The "B" pillars were a fun set of bends. But I think they came out pretty good.

This weekend I was able to get the "B" and "C" cross bars on the Halo done. And the "C" pillars. It's slowly but surely coming along. I'm trying to keep it really close to the roof so that it will still fit in the garage. The yellow tape measures are were I'll eventually put in cross bars.

PA / Sound system I don't know if you guys have a PA / Sound system for tomorrows event. But I figured snice I was going to come anyway, that I would offer up my PA setup for the price of addmision. I would bring it, setup and take down. It works great for driver's meeting, annoucements...

I went out to work on the cage some more and the rear halo cross bar was still bothering me so I bent up a new piece and reworked the "D" pillars to match. I'm much happier with the new piece. It's closer to the body and fits the Grand's contours better. Before it stood almost 4" from the roof...

Well got a little more done the last few days. We bent up both "A" pillars that follow the windshield. We cut 6 holes in the roof and head liner. Made floor plates for the the B,C, & D pillars out of 1/4" plate. We rounded the top plates so that it limits the "Can opener" effect on the plates...

Last night I spent some more time tearing the ZJ down to bear metal. I pulled the head liner loose so I could start picking the locations for the pillars to come through. As you can see in the pics I drilled some pilot holes where I drill with the hole saw later.
