this is what i was thinking, when i said some warm air i was meaning if the door was working and the thermostat was stuck open. i am hoping it just the control did not get plugged in all the way but i have a feeling it may be the actuator for the door, seems to be a common issue.

i havnt got the thing back here yet, I will be messing with it this weekend. durning the week i work 10 to 12 hr days right now so after that and a hr commute each way i am way to beat to look at it.

I thought about that to but the fact that both hoses were hot as Hell acording to him would make me think they should get at least.some heat, not ice.cold air.

I just got a call from a buddy who has a 99 trailblazer and replaced the heater core, to do this you have to remove dast (stupidst thing ever) but when he was all done there is a plug coming off the main box that has 4 wires on it brown blue orance and black, and says they are fairly thick...

i wish i could make it but i am moving 2 days after this...i could probably make it if people want to come help me move on saturday.....lol

I tried the hf stuff once and agree with Luey. The welds would not lay down like the lincoln wire and loke like ass. I have not had any of them break but I have not really put the stuff I wealded with it to the ultimate test, And I dont really want to.

Rick look at where the 4x4 user group is with the DNR in comparison to the other user groups. Even at the non motorized work parties the number 4x4 users doubles the number of non motorized users. The 4x4 user group is in way better off/closer with the DNR than any other group at this...
