Once the back sensors were finished, I moved onto the front sensors and what I discovered is that they were too short for my set up. So instead of not using them or selling them and buying new ones, i modified them to work. Waiting on the split clamps to come in so I can mount them

Yet another reason why I love having my own personal machine shop. I get to make my own custom shock sensor mounts. The old bolt that I made and didn’t like is on the left.

I’m there all the time. I’ve been offered a BAE 5 long block fresh for $13k. Not a fat head but for now it wouldn’t matter. The motor I have will put the car at over 200+mph but I want the car to do that in the 1/8th

    My willys

I must admit that I really enjoy owning a machine shop. Even if I only use it for personal use. So today I made a hell of a lot of progress on the willys. I needed to make some custom washers and special suspension travel switch mounts. I did make a set a while back but felt I could improve on...

So I’m starting to put the car back together. Sometimes it can be a pain in the ass. Case in point, the steering. I made a simple mistake that ended up costing me a ton of time. Even though it’s all together now, I’ll have to take it all apart and send it out to be powder coated
