Spektrum DX3's go for about 150 used on ebay. I would look for 1 of those personally. i love mine. you have to get the DX3 and not the DX3.0 if you want a 3 position 3rd channel switch though.

the only price difference is in the MIP CVD's which you don't have an upgraded axle listed for the ax10's. if you bought two cvd's like you did for your tlt axles the ax10 would be more expensive.

i've been pricing building my ax10 axles up compared to building up my tlt axles and the AX10 axle is going to cost me more to build up than my tlt axle will be.

after playing with it and messing with suspension a bunch i think i'm gonna have to switch it up and get a blackjack chassis and leave the tuber for a futuer rock race rig

everything but the shocks and motor showed up on monday. got the tranny, esc and rx mounted this evening (post pics tomorrow) gonna have to run my old traxxas servo for the dig for a while :(

went bargain hunting and found a couple good deals switched up tranny's and got a good deal on a RC4WD R2D also picked up a rooster crawler at a fairly low price. ordered up the Warrior 35t motor to go with teh rooster crawler.
