    Losi crawler

Explain to me why you can say the comp's would have to be another day...do you have that right????? What makes these not "real" comp rig's? I'm pretty sure if we wanna stay after the day of comp's and run a "REAL" 1.9 class we can!

    Losi crawler

Been running mine for a couple week's and loving it. Not a broken part yet with 10 batt's through it. The only mod I did was limit the flex and lowering ride height.....with a couple zip ties..lol Had it at the whinchester bay and after running quad's on the dunes all day we had a blast...

    Losi crawler

This truck shouldn't even be compared to the AX-10. It's a completely diffrent idea. I got the pleasure to drive one in San Diego at the Proline Nat's. It was a blast. With the same type of mod's needed to make an AX-10 really perform you'll be able to make this do the same What makes it cool...

    Pro-Line Hammers

For comp's the Claw's are still the best tire, Panther's have there place but in genral and in most circumstance's the Claw's will outperform them. As for just a good scale tire I think after watching alot of rig's at the MSD scale National's I would go with a set of Proline Flat Iron's. They...

    shock issues please help

Ya, when they push out like that there is air in the shock....good thing is they have a good seal. The best thing is to put the cap on when there fully compressed. Then there's no room for air/bubble's. If you slowly cycle the shock with oil in it with cap off you can get rid of any air...

    Good websites for finding rigs....

Gary and the guy's at 4season's are great. I stop in there regularly. They didn't have any ax's the other day. He does have them on order though, along with M3 masher's, Losi tires, grappler, and rockstar bodies. I think he's going to carry nwtractech foams too. He's plan's to carry more and...

    What cells you running?

Opps, guess I don't have any 4cyl. versions.

    What cells you running?

If you remind me I'll bring my 1290mah 11.1 and you can try it in your rig after the next comp....you might be ready. Can't remember who makes it but there's a little gizmo you can buy now that allows any charger to go lithium ion/poly etc. charge...I'll get more info. I know they had a couple...

    What cells you running?

More like a 22r to a small block.....throw a puller motor in the mix and you have a big block.

    What cells you running?

I was running 8 1400 cells but just switched for orcrc comp today to a Lipo split pack....2200mah 11.1V with a 31.5c rating. Takes up the same amount of room. I know this sounds like a pitch but....check out some of these, there all lipo split packs. http://www.maxamps.com/products.php?cat=54...

Entry Level + Low Price = Pure Goodness

Agreed, $300 isn't going to do the job. You can go cheap on motor, reciever, radio but the servo and esc really need to be crawler specific, and that costs $

    My comp rig REVAMP

Build looks good. I think you'll find the body mounts will hang up at times in comps. If you leave them think about cutting them as short as possible. I would also think about protecting that speed control a little better, and last make it a little narrower. JMO, but I thought I'd throw it...
