    Dodge Help?

Not to take away from your business, but am I any kind of on the right track as to the part at fault?

    Dodge Help?

Issue started after hauling my 'Runner to Brown's camp for the first time with the Dodge. Made it to and from the wheeling trip just fine, although the truck did seem a little low on power. I just attributed it to being an Old 12 Valve though. Anyhow, got the Dodge home, unhooked, all of that...

    Dodge Help?

This may not be the right spot to post this, but I figured here would get more attention. I am in SW WA and am having an issue with my 93 Dodge Cummins. I'm no diesel tech, and its starting to frustrate me to not have an available tow rig. Can anybody point me to a decent shop for these old...

    8/01/2015 Naches Fun Run

So, does this mean that Naches and the surrounding area(s) remain open this weekend/next week?

    Washers+thicker metal

It might also be noted that there is an inside and an outside to most typical washers also. They are punched out of sheets, so the edge you can feel the little tiny lip on is supposed to go towards the clamped material. Leaving the rounded edge facing out.

    Building a front spring hanger.

Excellent, was hoping somebody would chime in with a cut apart production type. I don't know anybody that didn't build their own with 1/4, so I was kind a hosed at first. Let the cutting begin!

    Building a front spring hanger.

So I managed to scrounge up some material from work that cost me zero doll hairs, now I'm second guessing myself on whether or not it is beefy enough. Building this hanger for my 88 4runner SAS project. Grabbed some 1/8 wall 1x3 for the cross bar piece, and some 3/16 wall 2.5x2.5 for the...

    22RE with issues

Thanks guys. Destroyed a tire coming back from snow wheeling today, truck is on hold waiting for parts and a roller tire.

    22RE with issues

Made it run. My stupid ass forgot to plug the thing back in. All is well now.

    22RE with issues

The first time trying it sprung apart and unwound all the way, sent the clip flying. Not sure how many turns I am away from where I'm supposed to be.

    22RE with issues

So if I have a notch marked where stock supposedly was, how tight should I wind it to get it back in the ball park?

    22RE with issues

So I was trying to get some better fuel mileage than the 14 mpg that my 88 4runner has been giving me by moving the clip on the AFM back to stock. The PO told me he had moved it two notches rich from stock in order for it to run properly with the Delta Cam he put in it. Well, it won't run at...

    Different T-case crossmembers?

Compare your wheel base number to the ones available in the pirate FAQ, that'll be an easy way to tell.

    Different T-case crossmembers?

Get a second gen crossmember and make yourself some mounts with some angle iron, a second gen short bed driveline MIGHT work if the wheelbase hasn't been monkeyed with too much from the spring swaps.

    School me on Chevys

Good to know the trannies have hiccups. Are we talking complete failures Crash, or user serviceable component failures? On the dash issues I've noticed a couple odd things there as well. Voltage gauge moves around more than I consider normal, and the speedometers likes to stick at 20 on...

    School me on Chevys

So I finally ditched my first Gen and am now the proud owner of a 1990 Chevy SNB, 4*4, z71, 350 TBI. As this is my first domestic rig, what can you guys tell me about it? Anything in particular I need to keep an eye on? I already know it needs some little stuff like drivers door pins, new door...

    Frustrating Toyota noise.

It should probably also be noted that my driveline angle did change a lot putting in the G/W series. Between the tranny being significantly longer and me shoving the tranny WAY up against the body...did I go too far for my u joints to handle in a shortbed?

    Frustrating Toyota noise.

Thanks trashy. I'll throw a set of bearings in it while I have it out to stuff it into a IFS housing.
