This is a real problem. I had an orchiectomy on Dec 4, 2013 to remove my left testicle. Found two small masses, that turned out to be cancerous. I've got a '12 rubicon with 3.5" lift on 35s. Auto with stock gears. Love it. Wife asks to drive it occasionally, instead on her 4Runner. If I move to 37s, I'll regear it.
