    try checking behind the fuse block under the dash for wires melted together. or on the main harness coming in thru the firewall for excessive corrosion. have never seen this issue but have seen melted wires on back of fuse panel cause other ti=hings to stay on. and jeep has had issues with the...

    did you check to see if there is water in the pcm connectors or check the timing
