I made my delta 14 inch wood band saw in to a metal band saw. By adding a jack shaft, a larger pully to the driven pully and a good metal blade. I have used the hell out of it. With no problems. it was easy to do and only took a afternoon to do wants I got the parts.

Are you trying to run it off the first gen harnes? Or the sec gen? What alt are you using?

I have a toyota turbo tran.(R151f). Ive just recently had trouble going in and out of 3rd and 4th gear. So i pulled it and tore it down. syncro assembly for 3rd and 4th gear is missing some teeth.Is the syncro assembly the same on any other trans? thanks for all the help.
