I've got one in the bus (dta360), it heats and circulates... Works awesome and the bus will start in freezing weather without issue and be up to temp in no time... Thinking about putting one in the wifes car and my truck... Not sure what type though, magnetic, radiator hose, dip stick, others...

When me and Casey did my diy set, I bought some 1/2"x1/8"x36" steel from home depot and made anti coning rings... Worked great... I got my diy set from the guy on cl down in Rochester... A buddy has some TRs and they coned really bad and destroyed the hardware...

The earlier columns are easier than the later ones with high beam on the turn signal... When you're ready to pull the tilt pin, make sure the tilt position is all the way up... It's spring loaded and this position makes it easier... Most people just use blue lock tight and reassemble if it's not...

Had the bus out this weekend, it's nice and comfy... Bunk hooked me up with some RV lights... Thanks again... And thanks to Jimmy for dropping them off... Now I need to order the led pucks to mod the lights... Thinking about building a bunk like this in the front above the drivers seat...

A few years ago, Sean (wheelingjp) gave me one of the Ideal ones from Speedway... It had already did the melting handle thing that I had to get creative with to fix... So it's not just the Chinese ones that have that problem... Just an fyi... Edit::: I will tell you this, Crazy Daze sold me...

The diy4x4 ones I bought are the bent type with gussets welded on them, very nice product... I think they were around $50... Edit::: Here's a pic of the diy4x4 brackets...

I agree, it's better to just buy it... I build everything I can... Bought mine from diy4x4...
