Nice Job..... Spent last weekend fishing for Tuna out of Illwaco on Sat. and Westport for Salmon, Ling cod and Rock fish on Sun. We ended up with 8 tuna for 8 guys. The seas were so rough on Sat. it made for some very difficult fishing. The wind was blowing with gust of 25mph with 6-8ft...

    What caues death wobble?

Your situation sounds simular to mine. I added 2" longer shackels and it moved the angel from the front end to transfercase enough to cause the wobble. When I replaced the lift shackles with the originals, the wobble whent away. In order to stay with the lift shackels I need to sim it, so just...

    What caues death wobble?

Just my $.02, but masking a problem don't solve the problem. What is causing the wobble? Sprung over or under? Did adding the leaf's, add to the length away from the transfercase or the angel of the DL?

    What caues death wobble?

Did it wobble after the lift shackels were put on, before, or the whole time?

    What caues death wobble?

Angle of the front end maybe (pumpkin). I put lift shackels on the front of my YJ and would have the wobble at 45mph to 58mph after that it was fine. Took out the lift shackles and went back to stock, and never had a problem after that.

A build of a different kind.

You can buy one for $500-$600, and that is what I would charge to make one. material cost is about $250-$300, depends on where you get the stuff at and a few hundred labor to build, you are better off building your own or buying one new. Here is the web site where I bout the plans from. They...

    rimrock wa

There is two bike trails that I know of up there. One is near Lost lake and it is not worth the time, it is to short to be any fun, and the other is across the Hwy up Wildcat Creek area. Ity is 8 miles long and runs the border of the wilderness area. It is the Russell Ridge trail #1111. I have...

    rimrock wa

I agree with all that was said above. We will be up there the same weekend and I am concerned with the snow. Many trails heads still have 1-2 feet of snow at them and only get deeper as you climb in elevation. So there will definatly be some snow wheeling coming up when the trails open...

My understanding is that the bill is in the "Transportation Comity" now :cheer: One of the bill's is for motorcycles only and the other is for all OHV's. Just don't remember which is which. (I am thinking 5800 is for all OHV's)

    Whats a elk head worth?

That is way to much money for a shoulder mount. I know of a few great Taxidermist that do a awsome job for less then half that. I would venture to say the average price for a shoulder mount is about $500 + or -. Now a full body mount can run you $1200 but not likely a shoulder mount.

    Whats a elk head worth?

It would depend on the score. There is or was a few weeks ago a 400+ bull on ebay for $2500. You just got to find the right buyer. Check with some of the sporting goods stores, some will purchase mounts to hang on the wall. Ebey is your best bet, but talk to a taxadermist about shipping...
