I just sold my 03 F250 v10 with a 100k on it for 11500 a month ago. I didn't think it was worth more than that. 20k is outrageous. That's what I paid for it 6 years ago with 43k on the ticker.

Looks like a great start. Not sure if you plan on completely closing it in, but don't, leave at least one end opened. The metal on your rig will sweat in there in the summer months. I had some weird electrical issues on my old rig because of that. Had some condensation under the distributer cap.
