Oh the lettering it's actually pretty easy to do. When your laying the resin you layer in the lettering then cover it with more grill cloth and it will give the relief of raised letters. Wow this is bring back memories of working in the industry.

Paint is a pain tons of sanding. The trick with this is you use speaker grill cloth to cover your structure and lay out a ton of resin. Then wet sand and wet sand and wet sand. I have done cloth and vinyl covering but I will not do paint. I now several people who do the paint and it's hours...
