I have a 85 Toyota 22re and I can not figure out why it throws codes when the engine gets revved up. I can let it run at idle forever and it does not throw any codes then when I rev it up it throws codes 11 and 12. If I drive it down the road it runs fine until the check engine light comes on...

Okay so when the engine is dead cold it starts to 1k RPMs then dies off and it dies and I have to keep doing that over and over till it like stays started and it seem to stay running when its warmed up and idles great. But I think its the electric choke or idk what it Is. Please help! Its a 22re

Okay so now it says when I try to rev it up the codes come back and it says its code 7 and 12 whichis either tps or knck sensor could the knock sensor cause this bogging?

I have tried to adjust the tps all over the place and I havent really checked the maf I will do that next!

My water temp sensor was unplugged and that took care of the surging along with a diff tps . I am wondering if the tps I am using is causing it to do the bog cause with my bad tps it does the surging but it let me rev it up. How could I get the air bubble out if thats what it is? I havent...

The tps seems real smooth but u did the electrical tester on it without the plug in it.and it had no current through it.so I think its a faulty tps?

Okay I got the code from the dash and its 47 or idk how to write it . It blinoed 4 times stopped then 7 times. And I cant find what it means

Does anyone know where the plug for the scanner might be? I kmow alot of them are under the dashbut anywhere else?
