    Shop heaters

The reason 90% efficient + have a shorter life span is due to the corrosion of the moisture it harvests during it's burn. The seals, or parts that support them fail. 80%er's are more reliable, but still have to deal with ambient moisture corrosion.

    Shop heaters

True For a Shop heater, it wouldn't be worth the extra expense of the 90%+ unless sidewall discharge venting is your only option. Are you running LP? It might be worth the extra, to save LP. I have a couple used Reznor, 75K btu unit heaters for sale $350 ea. They've got electronic ignition, &...

    Towrig tires?

I don't know about all this hate for Toyo's. I'm on my second set on my tow rig, & I've got a couple other sets on my service vehicles. The first set were AT's, as well as my service rigs. Now, running the 285 MT's. The only problem I've had, is the stock Ford wheels having a slow bead leak...

    Tubes?

I just disassembled a set of Gumbo mudder 38's from 16.5 wheels that they glued the tires to the bead with 3M weather stripping adhesive, & used the tubes for bead locks. The tubes all hold air. So, if anybody needs a set of 38" tubes. Let me know. They worked really well for deep snow wheeling...

    siping IROKS

Again, grooving for flexibility & conformation to the terrain Sipeing for the stickiness. It's like night & day with a brand new tire, or otherwise. Depends on how you plan on using them is the only consideration. Mine are intended for deep snow.

    siping IROKS

After inspecting my 39.5's, there are quite a few chunks out of them from my siping. But, the hook up like no other! I usually like SX's on the trail. I intented the IROKs for a snow tire only, but have taken them on the trail. Either way, I believe siping gives the sticky, but I won't be siping...
