Fresh air is key. I run a 38' x 16" CBR with 2 16" Spal fans down low behind seats. Basically no fresh air. Around 540hp. If I push it hard for a long time I will get some temp creep. But I also just found a relay that was not turning my fans on correctly I believe, so that could be part of it.

Ever figure this out?

Re: rear radiator electric fan success stories? When you open your radiator cap after it cools is it full? I have been dealing with similar issues in mine. I believe it might be because it's mounted a little lower than my motor. Mine is a 38"x16" CBR with duel 16" Spal fans. Rear mounted also.

JD I did the vapor barrier you are talking about on the roof and down the sides. 30' X 48" X 14" with a wood stove you can run yourself out it in no time. Also went with 12' insulated doors. I live in Western Washington so a little different weather. Another must in my opinion is 2' overhangs on...

X2 on the cherry picker. Also curios about the bead breaker tool though. Seems lighter and more portable if it works worth a ****.

Off topic but does that pump create more noise than any other pump? Do you use the fancy external pressure relief?

Try and keep the arm and tube going down to the axle less than 90* through the travel. Much past 90* it's pulling on the bar as it's trying to twist vs just twisting. Hope that makes sense.

Hoping he does one on his suspension changes. With Lot's of info as why the change,what he changed to get desired performance ,and what he likes dislikes about the changes.

I'm also running Mast Ecm. Went to a 160* stat and the rig ran the same. But it would also over heat if I beat it just like before. I also need more radiator 24"x19" CBM with Spal fan.

Not all water pumps have the same size hole. I drilled a 3/16" hole in the top of the plug. Plug goes in the back of the water pump.
