    What makes a good trail?

I like a trail that forces you to do the obstacle in some form. Probably one of my favorite trails i've ran was Holy Cross. Once you're in there you're pretty commited. It isn't that hard of a trail for a decently built rig, but once you're past the turn out, you either do it or turn...

Rubicon 44 Shaft Needed near Windrock

I got your txt but once we got to the camp ground my phone went to crap. They ended up finding a parts store to order one and got it back going Saturday. Thanks for the help though. Been a minute since I have been that long without cell reception. It was quite nice.

    5.3 cam

I recently went with a BTR Stage 2 Truck series for my CJ. Hope to have it on the street/trail in a few weeks and will let you know my opinion. It's as big as you can go w/o changing a converter. The numbers look really good on it as it gains TQ/HP all through the curve. Be really careful...

    4.5 Grinders

I have a porter cable. On my second one. First one lasted 6-7 years. It's the only one I could find with a trigger that felt comfortable. I ran a wire wheel on it for 6 hours a couple weekends ago and she's still going. I'd replace this one with another...

    Dumb bushing tech questions.

Sit them on the vice and use a punch to drive out the bolt collar, then the rubber should pry out with some work via pry bar. You will likely have to use a second punch to drive the first punch out of the collar.

    The Ultimate Trail Bouncer Build

More durable, easier to clean, and if you paint it with anything decent you’re going to have a whole day in prep and painting. Plus painting a chassis is very difficult to get coverage everywhere so you end up with thin spots that rust over time in my experience. I had around $150 in supplies to...
