I’ve had one in my house for several years now and love it. Never run out of hot water. Even if we use hot water from multiple outlets. Temp may fluctuate as you turn water on, but it adjusts fairly quick.

I can't vouch for the water and gas utilities, but depending on what type of electric service you have, the cost probably is higher for some businesses. A single phase 240 volt service feeding a 200-300 amp main for a house is cheaper to install than a 3 phase 480 volt service feeding a 500 +...

Probably because you actually wheel your rig. We'll, at least you use to wheel. This is a nice rig.

Tater Valley grocery in Grainger county. Old school flat grilled burgers. Get a bacon cheeseburger with tater babies. Lady takes a 1/2 lb of burger meat, throws it down on the grill, then smashes it with a burger press and seasons it. The side of fries, rings, or wedges will come on it's own...

I've actually paid a couple with various amounts of coins, including about $30 worth of pennies. I know the ladies at the courthouse didn't write the ticket, but does give you some satisfaction.
