Re: Whats going on with Aetna? One of the land owners posted a copy of the court order that states that the road is public. They can't block it. If they stop you and tell you that you can't go then tell them :flipgotcha: I actually printed a copy to stick in my Jeep just in case.

You can't sudstitute a lawyer on retainer for insurance. I don't blame the guy for not wanting to be covered. The owner being an LLC doesn't protect him from losing the land and all his time and money he has invested. The only thing the LLC protects is his "personal" assets. And there are ways...

Lurker here! I was hoping that the attorney would chime in on excacty what an LLC is. Unless I am mistaken it offers protection from "personal" liability. Therefore, all you could actually lose would be the $1000 investment or anything else you put into the park.. However, I guess someone would...
