    Cutting down H1 rubber beadlocks?

I did mine with a really big wood band saw. It took a really long time, any time the blade gets hot it would bind the blade and try to stop the saw. I have heard that you can chop it off with a sharp axe but have not tried that method.

1996 Tacoma 2wd to 4wd solid axle swap

The buggy is still in the garage. I hope to be done in the next few months. A trap door would be pretty cool and keep with the clean look.

Good looking build Sean. I am digging all the clean lines of the front bumper and bed. Are you going to have any storage out back or run a spare?

    Wood worker question

I run a 10" Dewalt everyday. I have had the 12" Dewalt slider and also the Makita 12" slider, both nice saws but they are huge, heavy and co not cut as true as the 10" in my experience. If you only plan on cutting trim and 1x stock and the occasional 2x4 or 4x4 get a 10" but if you plan on...

    Summer wheeling trip.

If you make it to Oregon Bend is the spot. If you want to keep heading west there is also the Tillamook state forest ohv area that has some challenges, a large rock garden, and a days worth of trails with some difficult spots skattered about. If you make it that far its only 40 more minutes to...

Clark I have already got some link brackets. I am still interested in a sub frame. Something like the photo I posted but without the cross pieces and with larger holes dimpled. Or I was also thinking about triangle pattern cut outs like a truss. Maybe 3/16ths material 4" tall x 26" long with...

    Tillamook next Saturday (5/2)

I will be at Riter that weekend but if you show up at the Rogers camp parking lot around 9:00 you will most likely find a group to wheel with.
