    Looking for an older buggy

A good friend passed away unexpectedly. His family is trying to locate his old buggy. Last we know it was sold to someone in TN. Info: 4seat, rockwells, 4ws, BBC, sm465, np205 Here is a pic from last we saw it. If you might have A lead, please send it over.

    Golden Mountain Off-road Park opening

They are likely going to take all the credit for it opening back up, no matter who/when the work happens. Not sure if that helps your decision one way or another.

    Family Truckster LJ build

Since youre this far in, I would cut the weld on the other C, and get your pinion/caster dialed in perfect for the rig before burning them in.

    Golden Mountain Park - Closing

Ive heard the comments about a subdivision multiple times on FB... If you look at Google and other aerial maps, there is no signs of land being cleared or anything being built around there. Not sure how old the images are, but the few I saw were dated in the last yr. Also, I feel bad for...

    A/T Tow Rig Tires

Anyone tried the BFG HD Terrain yet? I saw Marvin giving them good reviews, but he might be biased. The tread pattern looks a little more open than the AT, but not as much as the MT. Also looks alot like the offshore MT patterns. https://www.bfgoodrichtires.com/auto/tires/hd-terrain-t-a-kt

Does ANYONE know where I can find a 23 spline NP203 input shaft? Or know how to mate my NP435/NP203?

@1-tonmudder here or on other forums comes across cases and parts all of the time. He might have something for you. If you dont have the doubler parts already, have you thought about going with a 241 based doubler? It would bolt up to your trans, and parts are easier to find.

    Hydroboost fittings

According to the PS hoses for that truck, on RockAuto, one end of the hoses are 16mm Oring and the other 18mm Oring. That might not help much, but maybe gets you closer. edit: According to other random searches and kits being sold online, it looks like 1 fitting might be 16mm and 1 - 18mm.

Standard transmission in a rock buggy?

Im guessing you are out west, so maybe that deep of a gear will be usable. Unless you spend for an aftermarket 300, I dont believe it will hold up to LS power and that gearing. I would install a hand throttle to help with missing a 3rd leg.

    Recommended Rear D60 to Narrow?

What axle are you planning to run up front? SD60? The Ford 10.5" has a factory elocker option. It also had a factory tone ring, that could likely be adapted for the WJ speed sensor. I also believe that folks have adapted the 14b for JK/JT/JL speed sensors, so I would look at that. I agree...

    Fuel cell venting

Either way, I think the rollover valve still stays on the tank vs the end of the hose, correct?

    Unit Bearing on kingpin knuckle

The adapter I built was manly so you could reuse a standard length stub. The 05+ UB wont bolt to the knuckle, and it has a much larger bore and pattern on the back. It might be possible to machine the knuckle to accept the larger UB, but not sure what that would change, as far as strength...

    New Years Plans???

Kinda surprised at how well the rzr stuck with the 43s. power to weight helps with that i suspect. Also, in 2x speed, it almost looks like watching RC rigs run.

    Rockwells make your sac swell!

maybe it isnt cheap, but what about 05+ SD outers, on your rockwell housing? have to do some type of wheel adapter.

    Unit Bearing on kingpin knuckle

The 99-04 unit bearing is the closest to fitting. If custom shafts arent an issue, it should be able to bolt up easily. 05+ UB idea basically died. Noone would pay for the adapter to run it on KP knuckles, given how cheap/easy it would be to swap the knuckles/axle. If you arent limited by...

    This place is dead...

Yup. A few friends in town run "truck/jeep/offroad" shops. They went into it because they loved offroad but quickly realized that lift kits and big wheels are what pays the bills. Getting to work on true offroad vehicles or cool cars are what they get to do because of all the 3" lift with...
