94 yj. 6.0 LS out of Denali. Has Jim's performance tune and wiring harness cut down. It has a ptc th400 with reverses manual valve body. Np205 twin stick with 1410 rear yoke. Rear is 16 inch fox coil overs with fox bumps tops. Rear 4 link front is leafs. 44 inch tsl one is new with bead locks...

Full time. I Cut sidewall on tsl and messed up tire by the time I got back to truck.

Yeah I'm bout to say screw it to. Lol climbed a hill Saturday and there was a bunch of people watching. Going down hill somebody asked me if I broke something. I said no it just makes noise. Guess it's a good conversation starter. Lol

The 3rd I just took out I replaced pinion bearings thinking tht was the problem. But it didn't fix it.

It makes a lot of brake chatter in 2wd.

Yeah I'd like to hear another Rockwell rig to see if there chatter is as loud as mine.

Need help with trying to figure out noise. When I put brakes on it makes a lot of noise coming from the front Rockwell. I have changed the rotor, the chunk, basically everything but pads and brake caliper ( it's a wilwood) 4 piston. The front Rockwell is on leaf spring. It makes noise real bad...

Thanks everybody. This is my first 4 link build so think I will do rear first. Approach angle is good. Thought about just running coil springs but guess ill just save some pennies and get coilovers and do it right the first time.
