I still run a steering box on the ol Willys, but I moved the tie rod behind the axle (drag link is still in front). Could you not use high steer arms flipped around to put the ram on the rear side of the axle? Anybody ever tried it? :dunno:

If my old guy memory hasn't failed me, that motor uses a small block chevy distributor. add an adaptor for the throttle body and you could have fuel injection on the cheap.

You might try going on Extreme 4x4's website (the tv show) I seem to recall them doing propane on a binder a while back.

Re: 5.7 Motor Help if it's a TBI, make sure the injector plugs aren't reversed.
