    My bouncer time-lapse build video

I suck at making trail videos, It's rare to have someone with us filming on the hard trails because everyone is driving! PS: you will find these videos boring if you're used to BK and Madram videos :) Rausch Creek - Fall 2015 Hydrolines - 6 dec 15

    My bouncer time-lapse build video

Thank you all, it was a lot of work! But I enjoyed it. I modified my HF tube roller to work with an electric pipe threader and my tube bender is also air over hydraulic. I had the timbren bump stops already, so I thought I would use them for the rear. I regret my decision now and I'll...

    My bouncer time-lapse build video

I thought I would share the build video for my bouncer, it's a time-lapse pictures compilation and video clips. Some might find it interesting: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mezLA0WDVyQ Don't know how to embed.

    Finished my new buggy

Cool! That's good to know about the jeep. There's still a few pieces here and there in this chassis from the old bronco :) I'm looking forward seeing your new buggy complete. Cheers.

    Finished my new buggy

It has a C6 and Atlas 4 speed. 74" high and 22" belly. I built an x-pipe exhaust under the fuel cell, not as good at scavenging that far back from the engine, but sounds pretty good. Yes, I worked on fighters many years ago. Not anymore though.

    Mounting aluminum fuel cell

Hello all; I built a new fuel cell out of 1/8" aluminum and now I'm wondering how I could mount it to the chassis. I noticed a lot of the bouncers have drilled and tapped round aluminum stock on the side of their fuel cells. I'm worried that with the flexing of the aluminum they will eventually...

    "NASTY TIME" by DirtySouthMotorsports

Beautiful work, congrats! I noticed you have a crankcase evacuation system to vent the engine, I'm wondering if you have any concerns about dumping oil inside the hot exhaust if you roll over. I have been wondering about how to properly vent my buggy engine without creating an oil mess upon...
