RTIC little cheaper version is Ozark Trail from Walmart. both work really well..

very happy with my Mickeys. haven't been in pure rock yet, but they work really well in the Midwest and was happy racing on them as well.

what does it say on the sidewall? maybe they accidentally sent him a 16" tire?

imo, the SX2 works better than the irok in almost every category offroad. I went from the 42" irok to the 42" sx2 and was very happy with the upgrade. until I switched to stickies :smoke:

time will tell. my previous set were the SX stickies so this will be a great comparison. I'm pretty confident they'll be as good or better in the rocks. they are definitely softer. I also know one of the people who helped design and test the tire. he was the biggest help with deciding to...

as of now, my bet will be that they work better slow crawling than the SX. hoping to get into more rocks really soon

as of now, yes. I feel they handle better when racing and even though I haven't had them in a ton of rock yet, they worked really well in the rocks I've played in here's a quick vid. not a tough spot, but this is the easiest I've walked up it so far. and that was 8-9 psi and not broken in...

they definitely peel fairly easy imo, but probably fairly normal for a sticky. I've done one half ass "warm up the tires" on a rough cement type climb and you could tell later that day by looking at them. seems promising thumb.gif

no sir. we were at Sand Hollow for Trail Hero and I had my sticky SXs. they did really well out there and I expect the mickeys to do even better. I should have them out in AZ this fall.

I've got them on mine as well. so far, impressed with them too. no pure rocks yet, but awesome in the typical Midwest terrain. ran them at 8-9 psi on procomp trilogy wheels. definitely will run lower next time, like 5-6. about 2 runs on them so far.

normally I'd say the SXs because they are great all-round and hard to beat in the Midwest/SE, but...……..I'm trying out the new Mickeys now and really like them. I've done only a little technical crawling with them, but they worked well. they work amazing in loose dirt/hill climb type stuff...

we do price match. working out the details on the mickeys now. had a little set back on pricing (clerical mistake getting correction)

sorry, missed this one. i'm looking into the price increase for the 16.5 to see whats up. not sure why they are quite a bit more than the 17s

I can get them as well. cheaper than $750/tire no doubt. I'm at 4wp in IL
