TH350 - where can i measure oil temperature

Hi hardline community, Matthias here from germany. We just updated our "Avalanche" Buggy to LM7 5.3 V8 and TH350 transmission. I really need to monitor trans oil temperature in some races and i would like to fit a sensor (the best would be 1/8 NPT thread) somewhere into the transmission or at...

    KOH 2020

Happened at KOH 2018 inside of Hammertown at the KMC Booth where they did for (i think) 3 years a so called belly flop contest inside a mini pool to win a set of KMC Wheels. That one guy did a really good backflip in the first round and probably drank to much till he had to go again. Long Story...

    KOH 2020

I am flying over from germany for the 4th time. This event is epic. I guess best advice is googles and clothes for basically everything. I dont think i know anyone on here personally, but hope i meet you out there somehow. I am one of the green media vests :D. Filming for my YT Channel...

    Prototype from Germany (Avalanche)

Too bad, but this is not possible in germany. There are specific offroad parks where you can take your rig, but driving in the woods without a valid registration would cost you a lot of money if they catch you. There are a few "trail riding" events but not a lot, probabyl because what i have...

What i do is more trailing with driving through gates (as you see in the video above). Speed is used pretty seldom. We have a 5 gate system. There is a maximum time per section to drive through all gates. You receive points for driving reverse, hitting gates, hitting the outside of the section...

I am pretty impressed of how good those portal axles hold up to the abuse. But i also dig the US Rockbouncer on Portal Axles: () Some axle pictures:

    Prototype from Germany (Avalanche)

Time to update this.... Avalanche now has wider 404 Unimog Axles (with Portals), newly configured Airshocks and new 40" Maxxis Trepadors. At the moment we are in the process of switching to Volvo 5-cylinder turbo engine insetad of the VW VR6. We also change the brake system completely because we...

Samurai twin stick and brake line lock

I know this post is really old but does anybody know if the above mentioned line lock would also work the other way around? So the idea is to press the button (while driving slow) for the left wheel, then push the brake pedal, then only the right side breaks should work....
