    plus the fact the case is devorced so you will most likely run into more complications with the intermediate shaft wanting to vibrate. its more of a jeep thing but i was just giving you ideas on what needs to be done.

    no if your driveline is already binding spacers will make it worse. first check to see if your driveline is in "phase." the magic number is about 6-7" of lift any thing bigger need to move axles out (stretch) or lower the case (lame) or go with hi angle drivelines or lower your rig.

    i ran bbs (12oz in each) in my tires for a while but with every little bump you could hear the bbs crashing around and the death shake would kick in. but on smooth flat surface they worked great. in my experience i would ditch them. my .02

    the weakest point on the zuk case (other than the housing) is the front output shaft and can be upgraded with a 93-95 front output shaft. trail gear sells them for $90.

    i know a guy that has them on his zuk and they practically suck in the snow. a zuk with 31 10.5's was kicking his ass. he had a very hard time staying on the trail and was wondering everywhere. they dont float well

    the non greasable u-joints are actually stronger and will stand up to more abuse, they are not hollow like the greasable ones, which tend to twist or give a little until they finally go

    not sure but on a zuk we leave the detent ball and spring out of the case, it allows us to run twin sticks and use 2wd. low

    93 k2500 rear main seal

    my newly purchased 93 k2500 (350 tbi w/ 4l60E) has a bad oil leak spilling from the rear main.(maybe a qt a week) :mad: is this a pull the engine/tranny fix or can this be done leaving them in there designed spots :rolleyes: thank you for your help.. blake
