yes im sure it is. It would be a few miles on the gravel road to the campsite/parking area. Evans is high elevation. I can only imagine about 2 feet of snow at the bottom. Buckley area got about a foot of snow, which is the the lowest of towns in direction to evans. The gravel road to evans...

I can give decent advice, or help out if you live near bonney lake. a 100 plate can be pretty hot with a hx35(stock) turbo. try sliding it back(towards firewall) and adjusting your afc. trick is to keep the charger on top of the fuel. you want the governor arm to ride up the plate at the same...
