I think your right, when I had the motor replaced the pump was weak. He only had a little bit of fuel in the tank when it died.

I'm looking at alot of diffrent forms and thats one that everyone is having issues with, or it could be the turbo also.

nope its oil, looks like it leaked a couple quarts of oil. Its coming from the vally down behind the starter.
