I think its a Warn 8274, I cannot find a S/N. Got it from an older fellow that said its been in his garage for 20 years and he had it for years before that. Anyone recognize it? Not a bad find for $30

I replaces the rubber lines w/ steel braided lines.

It dosent get wheeled that much, its stored inside an unheated shop. Not sure what I did last, it was rolled, hit hard in the front and some hard stops. The linkage is not binding, all brake lines are undamaged. I will try your other suggestions. Thanks.
