The Dana 300 is 23 spline input, 26 spline outputs (stock). I'll plan on upgrading my output after I break mine.:haha: (FYI: AMC360,T176,2.6Klune,4.0D300)

Did you put in a 4-1 gearset in your D300? I just happen to have a brand new in the box tera low gearset that I will have for sale at the swapmeet this weekend.

Dont have them in front of me, long side is custom length, short side is an early bronco(maybe). I would prefer to sell the housing with the inner shafts.

Let me just say that your picture looks very familiar.:eeek: In my case a rod bolt backed out, then the other bolt snapped under stress. The piston was in thousands of pieces, and yes bits were found in the intake. I had several bent pushrods, and a cam that came out in five pieces, I can see...

I've broken ring and pinions, pinion shafts, cromoly axle shafts, CTMs..... ARB still going strong! I've seen broken hubs take out a detroit.:rolleyes:

I bet if you looked around a little you could find wome sort of waterproofing spray, or a wax to treat the tool bag you currently have. Might be all it takes.:D
