    Finally....Da new rig..

In the past I hated electrical. Now it's my occupation and I've come to enjoy it.. Im sure it's been asked or mentioned before, on your battery cables or larger cables do have a large crimper or do you solder them? In the near future I'll be relocating the battery in my mustang along with a...

    Cut and rotate Toyota axle

Does anyone still cut and rotate Toyota front housings to get a better pinion angle? Or is a high pinion my only option? I'm not looking to go with duals any time soon.

3.0 surge 1600-2600 rpm, no load

Replaced the fubar intake boot at the throttle body. It didn't make a difference in the surge but at least i know it's not leaking there anymore. After seeing someone in Mavericks thread mention unplugging the tps i gave that a try and the surge went away. So either i need to replace the tps or...

    22re surge

They are adjustable. It's a pain in the ass on a 22re because the screws that hold it to the throttle body are partially blocked by the t stat housing. If you Google 22re tps adjustment 4crawler has a very detailed write up on how to do it.

3.0 surge 1600-2600 rpm, no load

Replaced coolant temp sensor with no changes. I was replacing the passenger side valve cover gasket and found the intake elbow from the throttle body to the silencer? was badly cracking and has a big piece missing. It's bad enough that even duct tape can't bandage it. Not sure if replacing it...
