    Dan, I totally understand where you are coming from, 60's are heavy, but they help keep your tires on the ground, not to mention you can just build a set of axles ONCE, and be finished, i've built and rebuilt toy stuff so much I swear I could do it blindfolded, it would be awesome for once not...

    decided to tube out the front a little more, gonna notch the hood out so I can run with the hood, or go hoodless, started out with a stick of 1 1/2" .120 wall HREW (cause it was $1.25 a foot versus $4 for DOM) another before front support done.... done for now, next is to run a main tube...

    I know it's not aluminum, but I've used a toy V6 rad. from radiatorbarn.com with an elec. fan to cool my vortec sbc powered toy and it was awesome, even in 100* weather FWIW If you got scrilla, go in the direction Crash stated
