Darius, I hear ya on the shock mounts. I don't like um either Its tough to raise the lower mounts without locating the top mount up through the bed. If you go to shorter shocks you loose wheel travel. I'm open to ideas.

Gates: They are closed but some are not locked. Its easy to get lost/turned around at Walker until you learn the area. If you would prefer to exit at a gate, CHECK IT before you assume its locked. OH and watch out for this !@#$% rock! :redneck:

I was there that Saturday. Was disapointed actually: too dry. In the fall and winter Walker should be quite a work out though.

I done that race: its called the Butt Stomper. The upper parking lot should be be full of campers. Watch for bike riders who are very tired !

Yea' I hear ya'. I had a slight feeling that being in the water at the top of Izzy may have been an enviromental no-no. But thats the the trail and water runs down the middle if Izzy at many locations, so where do you draw the line ?? If you drive a bypass around the water thats illegal too...
