We should be up there after the fun run or sooner if its a big mess. I'll keep an eye out for the samurai, stop by if you see a bunch of ford's up there.

Yep, 1701 or you can take the trails over from the 1900 like we did (alot more fun). I personaly would rather wheel to the rocks then just drive a boring road up the ridge. I was told that theres a $175 fine if your cought on a closed road.

Funny rocks are clear for the most part... the easy line to the side still has snow on it but who cares. The Moon rocks are a different story but you can still have fun on them. Any trip to the rocks is not a waste of time, snow or no snow... its always fun!

They put ecology blocks across the entrance and big signs off 410. Run the 676 to the rocks while you still can, I dont think whats left of the road section will be there much longer without some redirecting of the water....

The ranger told us it was fine to cut the trees that were blocking the trail, he even told us we could take them back to camp and use them for fire wood if we wanted. Im not a very good web wheeler yet so I dont know how to put pic's up...

That sounds like something they would do... So, do you think theres "any" chance at all we can get to the rocks from the 1900 side? Last year we hit snow right at the top of 5 fingers and it got deep by the last little hill you have to climb to get out to where it opens up and heads to the...
