Traxxas makes some long style ones like the stampede but I can't remember the part number.

The front on rear works ok if you dont move the motor it the rear. Mine will crawl almost as good in high gear wityh the orings on it then in low. :haha:

Yeah all I have only had to change my outdrives and almost every shop has them. I have ran them for years with 10-13 turn mototrs without failure so I don't think a 55t will kill it unless you bind it and aren't smart enough to let up on the trigger. :haha:

Could check a fish store. THey have stuff they use to buff scratches out of acrylic tanks aswell but then again why worry about it when it will only get scratched worse? :flipoff:

I don't know but for me atleast it is cheaper to use AE / Losi trannies. Takes acouple minutes to figure out a mount but the parts are easier to come by and I have yet to break one in my crawler.

I run IB 3800 mathed cells. They are alittle spendy and extreme for crawling but last well over 2hours in a tlt.

It is easy all you do is loosen the endbell and turn it. If you want to play with it I would strongly advise marking the stock location on the bellhousing and can so you can atleast reverse it.

Yes that works great and even better if you take around 400 grit sandpaper to the pulleys for better grit. :cool:

Look at my new rig post. It has a modded Nylint that cost me $12 for the paint the rest was free **** I had laying around. Only thing I haven't done is the steering mod and modding the tires. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Hell they are super easy to mod. All I used was a hacksaw...

Yeah I know they do. The problem is they are bigger then standard servos equaling to more uneeded weight on my rig. Plus there isn't alot of mounting options for servos on the maxx axles that will let it keep it's cog as low as you saw it. I hate the LST's on the rocks since they are so damn...
