We have a 1977 Kenworth dump truck with a cat engine in it. I just got all kinds of new chrome and stainless for it. New stacks, flaps/fenders, bumper, and new Yokohamas and polished Alcoas up front. The older trucks have more soul than these new sloped nose smoothy, slant eye/headlighted trucks.

Ive got 44s on my square body chevy. It goes 60-80 mph at least one-two days a week. Big tires can be found for a little more if not the same money as little tires. I can get another set of 44s that are 70% and better for 900-1000. A good set of 37s/38s will cost that easy. Hummer beadlocks...

I run a set of very beefy aluminum OEM Honda Passport wheels. I usually throw them on the bubble balancer and more times than not they are within spec. Seems cheap rims need the weights more than tires, I notice.

Just weld some small tabs and use small (1/4 or 5/16) carriage bolts. Dont drill tappers or rivets into the tube. The tubes will eventually fill with water and freeze and swell/split.
