    JK's.....

That's not how I remember it sucka. Plus it's never my fault, lol. When you buy your parts at KMART they don't last, plus we didn't get to the good stuff before your **** scattered all over the trail. Techically you followed the big boys, but follow the leader was not within rigs capabilities...

    JK's.....

Nose in the air wheeler you will become Joopy. Too heavy, too wide, typical under built Jeep that you can't beat or the the Boom will happen. Now I do like the 2 doors, but again IMO Jeeps are only good for the body, replace all the light duty crap that comes with them and you got something but...

To auto or not to auto

I like a lokar as long as I don't have to fill it up. Especially on a fresh trans, but I pull it out and direct fill thru case, then reinstall and final check. My first one I installed on a fresh trans I was not so smart.

    auto and diff gearing

I ran 7:17s /4.3 /turbo 350 and a bone stock 300 for many years with no issues. 6:17s can live long time as long as you don't have a ton of power and dont Maulerize them.:fawkdancesmiley: It's one or the other, but not both. If you go stock 300 at least put a upgraded output in the 300, I never...

    Lets talk "adapters".

With your wheelbase I would think it wouldn't hurt. Novak like many others makes good stuff.
  13. P

    Lets talk "adapters".

I have used a Novak adapter before, seemed like great quality and never had an issue. Buying an adapter that has a 3 position clocking ring build in is worth the money.

    Which tires to buy?

My opinion based on what I have ran om my buggies/Heeps etc, Pitbull Radial Rockers 41x13.5x17 In a 39 -40 DOT Maxxis Creepy Crawler Radial or Bias Iroks. No more options needed unless you want reds and in that case It doesn't matter brand. Good luck with choice.

    Auto Shifters

Things I consider when buying an auto shifter for off road use especially with a manual shift trans. 1- Speed/accuracy when shifting, nothings worse than missing gears and hitting reverse etc on accident. 2- Being to be able to go from a forward gear to reverse gear very fast to prevent going...

    Auto Shifters

Thinking back I got mine from Wide open designs also Mike, I got mine with the cover also. Mounting is very simple, with 2 options of cable length depending on your need.
