OR doesn't register ATV's. It is entirely possible he registers and pays taxes in WA but only buys tabs in OR since that's where he uses them. I know a couple of people who do this with their dune vehicles.

He's not registering his vehicles out of state... You should probably be up on other state's laws before you attack someone.

If you have a WA orv tagged vehicle you do not need an OR ORV tag here. If you are plated you need an ORV tag of some kind, WA or OR, to run ORV area's in OR.

I have a factory fill tube in my 4.3 first gen. If you did not push your engine back into the firewall you may be surprised what will fit. The tube hugs pretty tight to the bell and head.

I have the art carr in mine. Very positive shifts, you never have to look to see which gear you are in. The only problem with mine is that with a 4 speed I can't get a smooth shift from low gears to reverse with out losing easy to find 3-4. This rig doesn't need that though. With a TH350...

Same with mine. When I click mine into first gear it will damn near throw you threw the windshield. It does have a custom shift kit from PATC but I don't think there is anything fancy done to it.
