    Bought a couple new toys.

Last month was my sons 10th birthday and since he had outgrown his chinwang 70cc quad I bought him a 2008 RZR 170 to bomb around in. He had so much fun I started thinking about getting one for myself. Evergreen Steve had been thinking of selling his RZR he never uses since getting a YXZ and...

    ... my new "vintage" RV...

Bahaha, when I was a kid we had a motorhome with the identical bathroom even same color. I remember how gross it seemed using the shitter. Like pooping in a bedpan then dumping it out.

    Finally back to an RV

I have Torklifts & Fast Guns, well worth the expense if you use the camper a lot.

    Portable generatorv

Yup, pull the carb. The holes in the pilot jet are tiny and that varnish will plug them very quickly. It's the only recurring issue we have with our pile of EU2000i Hondas.

    Camper ?

CrazyBlueRider & I both have 8.5' Pastime Campers and really like them. Ours are the light models so they don't have much insulation and have small holding/propane tanks. I really like mine and seems to be good quality. It's a '05 that I bought 3yrs ago for $10k out the door at a dealer.

    Any riding lawnmower gurus?

Like Darren said, make sure it turns over freely by hand. Then I'd jump the starter solenoid to see if it cranks over. There are so many interlocks & safety switches on those mowers you could be getting a weak signal to the solenoid.

    Winterize it?

Don't forget to flush the toilet! We had that cold snap last Nov. and I had everything in my camper drained, all the cupboards open, and a heater on. I guess the bathroom door closed and the small amount of water left in the flush valve froze & cracked it. Didn't find out until I got to Elbe a...

    Batteries

Swing into Battery Systems and talk to them. They are great guys and will set you up with what is best for your needs. And good prices. They're in the Warehouse just before W. Valley goes under 167 in Sumner. Their house brand is Centennial (made by Johnson Control) and I'm running them in a ton...

    Inverters

Agreed, I've had my EU2000i for a couple years and have used the **** out of it. I had a 2000w inverter with a single 4D battery on my horse trailer so my wife could use the horse clippers, small hair drier, curling iron, etc when she was at shows. It worked but I wish I would have bought the...

    Looking for a new trailer

Trailking makes a great trailer with sealed wiring harness' and components built to last. Unfortunately they are double the cost of most others. The Olympic MFG trailers sold at Capitol Industrial are very nice also. Both are built more for everyday use than for the weekender. For personal...

the coolest stuff you have bought for our caper/trailer/rv

By far the most used and handy item I've purchased for my camper it a Honda EU2000i generator. It's Light, quiet, fuel efficient, and runs everything I need it to. We have about 10 of them at work so I knew they were excellent quality. It's nice to have an electric coffee pot when you're hung...

the coolest stuff you have bought for our caper/trailer/rv

I have one of those too and have had the same results. Kills the battery in a hurry, fan is loud, and exhausts alot of heat when running. I never use it anymore.

    Camper question

Sounds shady as **** to me. If it was a default it should have gone to auction and would still have title.

    Frame mount or bed mount?

I love my Torklift frame mounts. Plus they made a good step when the campers off.

    New .22 pistol.

Of all my Ruger's my P94 is the only one that "feels right". Not real stylish though.

Any one know what kinda fish this is

God damn squawfish! Right up there with Bullheads on the usefulness scale. That's a little one too.

Any body do any river fishing lately?

My house keeper and her husband have been scoring on the Puyallup. She left a couple nice silvers in the freezer for me today. :awesomework:
