this is what i was thinking, when i said some warm air i was meaning if the door was working and the thermostat was stuck open. i am hoping it just the control did not get plugged in all the way but i have a feeling it may be the actuator for the door, seems to be a common issue.

we are going to have to build a custom drop hitch for sure. I am thinking with a load bearing hitch as well because of how high it will sit when all said and done. I remember when that thing was a normal size excursion years ago.

I tried the hf stuff once and agree with Luey. The welds would not lay down like the lincoln wire and loke like ass. I have not had any of them break but I have not really put the stuff I wealded with it to the ultimate test, And I dont really want to.

ya but if you like me you say that now and then when it comes time to fix it later it takes 5 times as long and you asking yourself why didnt i do this when i had it all apart before. if it is only couple hr job just get it done now and be safer in the long run.
