Yes it was definitely rough set up that way. But very stable set up that way as well. So I went with stability over comfort.

‘I’ve alway ram about 100cc more oil than what is called for in mine. With the least amount of psi as possible to get about 3“ of shaft showing.

ride height and wheel base for 40" tires ?
114" wheelbase and 19" belly on 39's, its about to be on 43's so I would say my belly is about to be 21" or so.

Re: Trailer Tie Down Methods This is what I do and once I found the sweet spot I screwed a short 2x4 to the trailer in front of my rear driver side tire that way I can pull to the same spot every time.

Some assembly required (A Toyota cab truck rebirth)
If you don't drive it on the street any. Square tube shafts are cheap and strong. My buggy has them front and rear.
