Stephen Broady's "An Actual Trail Rig" build

How important is a slip in the short/ intermediate shaft driveshaft? Looking at doing a different carrier bearing than my WOD kit I have.

RCV Big Bells in 05+ F250/350 outers

Gotcha. What I'm looking at making uses an off the shelf rotor- cheaper than a 05+ rotor (I have one that works for 8x6.5 and one that should work for 8x170), a chevy 1/2 ton caliper, and a new caliper bracket off of the stock knuckle. Of course MC and booster/ hydroboost stuff comes into play...

RCV Big Bells in 05+ F250/350 outers

Nice thread, I read this last night at work but got caught up and couldn't respond. I just installed my upper BJE kit on friday and was surprised with how nice and easy it really was. I'm running just normal 1480 bell 4340 RCV shafts in mine and found it kind of a pain in the ass to put...

Fuel pump for 95 YJ with 2.5L

I’m pretty sure my YJ has an e2000 in tank pump in the RCI cell. My buggy has an airtex external pump. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Zuk Based JHF/Goatbuilt Buggy

Curious to see how the BJE's hold up. I'm just skeptical about the longevity of them. I'd also recommend grabbing a set of the stock replacement 1550 shafts for the front as cheap as they are.

    My Angryfab buggy "ISSUES"

They’re cheaper from Denny’s Driveshaft and free shipping. About $315 i think. I kept breaking 1480 joints and ruining the shafts. One time popping my ball joints apart. Now I have RCV’s and don’t worry about that ever again, but the price point of the 1550 shafts is hard to beat for what you get

    1480 vs 1550 ujoint strength

You still have to clearance yokes to get 50* with 1550. The knuckles clear though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    1480 vs 1550 ujoint strength

Why not interested in RCV? I havent been able to find much info on 1550's myself. I have an 05+ 60 that i just put RCV's in, 4340 1480 bell. I broke 3 stock spicer U joints in my axle before i finally bit the bullet and went RCV... The only options i was aware of were Branik and RCV. Branik...

Partially Committed Racing's buggy #004 build

Mine is a semi gloss rustoleum red and its held up pretty well. Pressure washer up close will take it off and it needs to be handwashed to make it really clean up good. I dont see vinyl holding up long term either tho... Powder coat will surely be fairly high.

Partially Committed Racing's buggy #004 build

I start thinking about doing a new chassis pretty heavily every now and then and this is exactly like what I would want. FAWK they are badass. Awesome work man, keep the thread up to date please! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Iron Duck Fab #8 my buggy build

When you're boxing these mounts in, what's the material thickness? Just using a torch to form it to the shape of the two bigger mounts? Y'all hiring?
