Is your a diesel?

My internet searches have come up with they have week torque converters and the timing belt needs to be done every 100k. Other than that people seem to really like them. I'm just looking for something I can run up to the woods in for the day. I'm thinking a mild lift, some decent tires, a winch...

Has anyone built a liberty to be a very mild weekend thrasher? For some reason I think one would be fun but don't know much about them. :corn:

Do you know the dimensions for a 96 6.5? The filters appear to be identical and it even screwed on without a problem I really don't see a difference other than the number.

I have a shelf full of the others.

Does anyone know if a fleetguard oil filter lf16102 will work on a 6.5 turbo diesel? I'm not having any luck finding this information. :mad:
