Iron Duck Fab #8 my buggy build

Ed has told me that as well, but I always have ran a quart of Dexron for it's color value on the stick. You cannot see it when it's all clear and the red tint is just enough to see it

Stephen Broady's "An Actual Trail Rig" build

Fantastic build Chris and Sylvester and cannot wait to see this thing in action as this has been a long time coming. That parts list is second to none and will for sure be at the top waiting on others to follow. Big question is, what are you going to call it? You don't have one hair on your...

    Flatlands #1

Thanks, I guess that is just considered a cylinder clean up and not really a bore I guess. I was told you could not since it was aluminum and would not hold the tensile strength like a cast would. I am running a cast LQ9 with aluminum heads, so I don't have to worry about it anyways.

    Flatlands #1

So can you bore an aluminum LS block like you would a cast block? Sorry for my ignorance, but I am not a motor guru unfortunately.

I haven't pulled the rope on my fully, but I know I have better than 40 feet left on my drum. How much does either of yours carry?
