    Mine are in about the same shape. the fronts look good & solid but the rears are gone on both sides. I'm letting my body man pick what it needs once he gets into it. I know he'll have to fab up a dogleg on driver side too.

    Chuck up on the original tailshaft extension housing. cut it down to 2.5" then bore for the seal 2.750 x 0.505 deep (national seal 3946 - same a stock) Start with a Neapco N3-23-9163X slip flange yoke. I didnt realize till now that a 32 spline slip is cut different than a 32 spline fixed shaft...

    I have the Summit Syclone fan on my 4.0 and no problem keeping it cool. I made a shroud out of a price of thin AL tread plate I had laying around. It mounts flat to the back of the grill using the same bolts as the radiator with the fan in front pushing. I had to take the Syclone name plate off...

    Re: Standard 3500# car hauler axles are 95" WMS. Decks are 82-84" wide. If you want to go wider on the deck you might could gain a little room by running shallow offset wheels but then your looking @ not being able to borrow your buddies spare when you have a blow out.

    Re: 3/16 AR400 is what I plan on running. We machine & weld thick AR plate all day long making excavator buckets @ work. Its badass stuff

    These are all on my passenger side rear 14" travel shocks (about 7 up/ 7 down when sitting on flat ground) Mounted right in front of the axle Just enough room to clear the frame

    Re: I'm running the same spring setup with hp60 up front & 14 bolt rear & 39.5 TSLs. Procomp white shocks with 14" travel fit just right outside the frame & have worked for me for years. I can get pics this afternoon if you want an idea of clearance.

Then turn to other lock compressing the ram & measure the gap where the shaft is still showing. You need a spacer to fill that gap. I used a piece of AL tube but I've seen people stack...
